Your tasks:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analysis needs and appropriate business intelligence solutions from a central data warehouse
  • Translate reporting needs into functional and technical requirements and manage them throughout their lifecycle
  • Carry out impact assessments of source system changes or regulatory reporting landscape with effects on the data warehouse
  • Supporting the Product Owner with the definition of work packages of BI projects and clarification of details requirements with input from stakeholders and technical architects
  • Work closely with BI developers in different locations
  • Take responsibility and ensure delivery of the proposed solutions
  • Actively drive transformation through BI solutions being able to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and processes within Lloyds Bank NL and Lloyds Banking Group

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business studies and/or IT
  • Proven work experience as a BA or in a BI/ Reporting/ IT environment 
  • Proven work experience with analytics and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Functional understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and work collaboratively across organizational levels
  • Ability to answer complex questions in a structured and clear way and communicate to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in SQL being able to write structured and efficient queries on big data sets
  • Knowledge in data visualization with PowerBI (or any other visualization tool)
  • Experience working in a scrum environment is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
